South Africa is facing a severe electricity crisis, Multiple periods of loadshedding per day are now unfortunately common and affecting the livelihood of millions of South Africans. Regrettably, this also affects you our valued Guest. At Panorama Boutique Guesthouse we have a power backup that will run during loadshedding. This means that lights and certain plug points will work when is loadshedding. Unfortunately, certain luxuries, for example, air-conditioning will not work during loadshedding.
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused. Our staff will do everything in their power to make your stay as comfortable as possible.
We have some house rules that need to be respected to make
your stay and that of others as comfortable as possible.
– Respect each other’s privacy.
– Be careful with the items in the house.
Any breakage will be charged.
– Smoking is only allowed in smoking areas.
– Keep noise to a minimum.
– Pets are not allowed.
– Parties are not allowed.
– No unregistered guests allowed.
The swimming pool opens at 09:00-19:00.
– Check-in is at 14:30.
– Check Out at 10:00.
– Dinner is from 19:00 to 21:00.
– Breakfast is from 07:00 to 10:30.
– Please ensure that lights and aircon are switched
off when checking out.
– All dinners are to be ordered by 16:00.
We accept no responsibility for any loss, accident, personal injury, medical expenses, or property damage caused by personal negligence or by any other circumstances beyond our control. When you fail to comply with the House rules we are forced to immediately terminate your stay. We ask for your understanding and co-operation regarding the house rules. This is to ensure that everyone has a good stay here.

LIABILITY
Guests’ liability for their account is not waived and guests agree to be held personally liable if any indicated person, group, company, or association fails to pay all or part of any charges incurred.
DAMAGE TO GUESTHOUSE PROPERTY
We reserve the right to charge guests the cost of rectifying damage, caused by the deliberate, negligent, or reckless act of the guest to the hotel’s property or structure. Should this damage come to light after the guest has departed, we reserve the right to make a charge to the guest’s credit / debit card or send an invoice for the amount to the registered address. We will however make every effort to rectify any damage internally before contracting specialists to make the repairs, and therefore will make every effort to keep any costs that the guest would incur to a minimum. In severe cases, the guest will be liable for any loss of revenue that the hotel suffers while the room is being repaired.
REMOVAL OF GUESTHOUSE PROPERTY
We reserve the right to charge guests the cost of replacing any items that are removed from the premises by them without consent. The charge will be the full replacement amount of the missing item, including any carriage charges. Should the fact that the item is missing come to light after the guest has departed, we reserve the right to make a charge to the guests credit / debit card, or send an invoice for the amount to the registered address.
